Portrait of Michael Wass, Senior Software Engineer

Michael Wass

Senior Software Engineer

Michael got hooked on software in high school, when he rebuilt a defunct video game that grew to more than 350,000 registered users and millions of views on YouTube. He went on to earn a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Scranton and worked at Facebook and Geisinger Health Plan before starting ClayBuilder. He still builds multiplayer games in his free time, and that instinct for interactive design and user experience shapes how he approaches building ClayBuilder.

Luke Sullivan

Software Engineer

Luke studied Game Design & Development at the Rochester Institute of Technology, learning to blend creative design with software engineering. That background shows in his focus on intuitive, user-friendly design and in how quickly he picks up new tools and technologies. Outside of work, Luke is a storyteller at heart: he performs in community theater, plays and designs games, and is rarely far from a good book.

Portrait of Jessica Miller, Software Engineer

Jessica Miller

Software Engineer

Jessica brings a practical, engineering-first mindset to ClayBuilder, with a knack for efficient, organized solutions in code and in real life. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Bloomsburg University and held several IT roles, including building mobile apps and the back-end systems behind them. A Clarks Summit native now living in Taylor, Jessica loves her husband, Nick, her dog, Rufus, her family, and the Eagles. When she isn't reading, you'll find her crocheting, camping, playing games, or off on an adventure with friends.

Ryan McHenry

Software Engineer

Ryan became acquainted with building software early in his adult life and quickly became enamored with it, loving the freedom and agency programming provides. A proud magna cum laude graduate of Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Computer Science, he brings with him a creative and outside-the-box approach when it comes to developing ClayBuilder. Always seeking to expand his horizons, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling to foreign locations, and learning languages: speaking Spanish and Russian as well as currently learning French.

Brayden Reynolds

Software Engineer Intern

Brayden has interned with ClayBuilder over his summer and winter breaks since the summer of 2024. He’s currently a senior at Forest City Regional High School, where he has already earned 19 college credits with a 4.0 GPA.

Mikiah Kline

Former Software Engineer Intern

Mikiah joined ClayBuilder as a summer intern from May to August 2026, heading into his senior year at Bloomsburg University, where he is pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science. His contributions to the platform were substantial, and we’re grateful for everything he helped build.

A website builder built by website builders.

What started with two web developers getting tired of the same clunky, complicated website tools became something we decided to build ourselves.

We wanted a platform that was simpler, faster, and genuinely easy to use. So we built one around the idea that managing a website shouldn’t require a developer, a manual, or hours of frustration. What began as a project between two developers has grown into a team of four developers and an intern, all continuing to build, improve, and shape the platform every day.

Our mission is simple: make it easy for anyone to build and manage something they’re proud of on the web.
